Description

This connector enables hardware monitoring for Solaris servers through the Oracle Hardware Management Pack which is pre-installed with Solaris and can be installed on Linux/Windows.

This connector supersedes:

hardware[16] linux[17] raid[18] solaris[19] storage[20] sun[21] windows[22]

Connector Activation Criteria

The Oracle Hardware Management Agent connector will be automatically activated, and its status will be reported as OK if all the below criteria are met:

  • An SNMP Get-Next on the OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.42.2.2.6.1.1.1 must return a value in the same subtree
