Connector Activation Criteria

The HP Insight Management Agent - Server (WBEM) connector will be automatically activated, and its status will be reported as OK if all the below criteria are met:

  • Operating System is Linux or Out-Of-Band
  • The WBEM query below to the managed host succeeds:
    • Namespace: root/hpq
    • WQL Query: SELECT Model FROM HP_ComputerSystemChassis
  • The WBEM query below to the managed host succeeds:
    • Namespace: root/hpq
    • WQL Query: SELECT DeviceID FROM HP_NumericSensor
