Extreme Networks (SNMP)
Description
This connector discovers the Extreme Network switch enclosure as well as various environment sensors (temperatures, fans, power supplies). It relies on the SNMP protocol.
This connector supersedes:
- GenericSwitchEnclosure[2]
- MIB2[3]
enterprise[4] extremenetworks[5] hardware[6] network[7]

Connector Activation Criteria
The Extreme Networks (SNMP) connector will be automatically activated, and its status will be reported as OK if all the below criteria are met:
- An SNMP Get-Next on the OID
1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1
must return a value in the same subtree - An SNMP Get-Next on the OID
1.3.6.1.4.1.1916.1
must return a value in the same subtree
