Cisco UCS S-Series CIMC (SNMP)

This connector enables hardware monitoring for the Cisco S-Series Servers with CIMC cards via SNMP.

This connector supersedes:

cisco[3] enterprise[4] hardware[5]

Connector Activation Criteria

The Cisco UCS S-Series CIMC (SNMP) connector will be automatically activated, and its status will be reported as OK if all the below criteria are met:

  • An SNMP Get-Next on the OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.719.1.41.9 must return a value in the same subtree
  • An SNMP Get on the OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0 must return a value that matches with the UCS S (regular expression)
