VMware ESXi 3.x
Description
This connector enables hardware monitoring for ESXi servers v3 through the VMware CIM service.
This connector is superseded by:
- VMwareESX4i[2]
This connector supersedes:
- IpmiTool[3]

Connector Activation Criteria
The VMware ESXi 3.x connector will be automatically activated, and its status will be reported as OK if all the below criteria are met:
- The WBEM query below to the managed host succeeds:

- WQL Query:
SELECT MajorVersion FROM VMware_HypervisorSoftwareIdentity
- Result contains:
